Cancellation & Refund Policy

Advance payment

A 30% advance confirms your booking. The balance is paid before the trip starts.

If you cancel

• 30 days or more before travel: full refund of the advance, minus a small processing fee.
• 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Less than 15 days before travel: the advance is non-refundable.

Changing your dates

We are happy to move your trip to new dates once, free of charge, if requested at least 15 days in advance and subject to availability.

If we have to cancel

If we cancel a trip for reasons within our control, you get a full refund. If weather or official orders force changes, we offer new dates or an equivalent plan first.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
