Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all trips planned and arranged by Agool Ventures. By confirming a booking you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

• Every trip is quoted individually, based on your group, dates, pickup point, stays and activities.
• A booking is confirmed once we receive the advance payment and send you a written confirmation.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days or until the stays in them are still available, whichever is earlier.

Itineraries

• The order of sightseeing may change with tides, weather, ferry timings or local events. We always try to cover every place in the plan.
• Boat rides, ferries and water activities depend on weather and government rules, and are usually closed from late May to September.

Your responsibilities

• Carry a valid photo ID for every traveller.
• Follow safety instructions at beaches, forts and on boats.
• Respect local customs, temple dress codes and the homes you stay in.

Liability

We take great care in planning your trip, but we are not liable for delays, losses or changes caused by weather, natural events, strikes, road or rail disruptions or other situations beyond our control.
